What do you love most about your job?
What we love most is being a part of our client’s journey of growth and positive improvement in their health and abilities, and independence.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Myself and my business partner are have passion for serving the vulnerable people within our communities - people who are often left to struggle without knowing how to get help.
This inspired our vision to deliver effective holistic care in the Domiciliary Care Sector, and so, on May the 6th 2020, Silvermere Healthcare was established.
Why should our clients choose you?
At Silvermere Healthcare we work with our clients, and together we design an effective Care Plan, to achieve the desired outcome for our clients.
We also have regular quality assurance reviews. This means we routinely review our Client Services, to ensure the needs of our clients are being met and make any necessary changes to reflect changes in client health.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We know Covid-19 has changed the world, and caused much panic, stress, and worry, particularly for the vulnerable people and loved ones, who access our services.
To ensure the safety of our clients and our field workers, we have put in place provisions for extra personal protective equipment, Covid-19 testing, and further support for clients and our field workers, in line with Government Guidelines.
Home Care Services
Do you/your loved one struggle with day-to-day activities because of your medical condition/s?
At Silvermere Healthcare, our Home Care Services support you with help at home.
Sleep In Service
Would you or your loved one feel safer if you had a carer sleeping in your home overnight?
Our Sleep In Service may be the best option for you. This service is from 10pm – 7am, and includes no more than two disturbances of 30 minutes each.

Waking Night Service
Do you/your loved one struggle to manage self-care during the night?
Do you/your loved one need support with personal care or medication through the night?

Live In Care Service
Do you/your loved one want to stay in your own home, but require care support throughout the day and night?
At Silvermere Healthcare, we want to help you stay in the comfort of your own home and familiar environment, for as long as possible. Our Live In Care Service include (not limited to) support with:
• Personal care (bathing/dressing/toileting)
• Mobility
• Food and drink preparation
