We found Paul very thorough with all the legal requirements for our Tenants (a bit too thorough on certain things) he also got us a new tenant within 2 weeks, we used Paul for a previous Tenant which all went smoothly, but there is so much legality nowadays! We would recommend Paul to anyone.
