How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
An initial consultation (free) allows us to discuss each individuals goals , timeframe , Diet and flexibility to train . I then design program best suited .

What inspired you to start your own business?
In 2010 I suffered depression and spent my days in a dark place , eating the wrong food and living an unhealthy lifestyle .
I stood on scales on a job I was working and 21stone was weight I’d ballooned too .
I needed to change and did , changed my diet , got into running and started taking part in 5k and 10 k events , then half and full marathons . I hit my target weight loosing 7 stone and decided to become a personal trainer to help others achieve what I always thought was impossible to achieve .
