I started working for In Home Care - Eastleigh after moving to Winchester. I have been with the company for 9 months so far. I was initially sceptical about the distance I'd have to travel, but management put my mind at ease & has supported me every step of the way, which has made it a pleasure to work for them. They put a tremendous amount of dedication into the care they provide to clients & staff. They are always going above & beyond! I'd be more than happy if they were caring for a loved one of mine. They are a very caring & family orientated company. The support given is second to none. Office staff/management are always contactable & nothing is ever to much trouble.
