I couldn't recommend Daniel and Julian more to anyone looking for someone to capture their special day. I was recommended by a family member to hire a videographer, and I'm so glad we did. Before the wedding we had a call with Daniel to go through what vibe we wanted, the order of the day etc, and he couldn't have been more helpful, even in the preliminary stage. Daniel was with us all day, on our big day, and managed to capture so many amazing, special moments, and went above and beyond to be everywhere all at once! Once we received the edits, we were so excited to watch them back, and they were better than we could've ever hoped for. Our highlights reel managed to perfectly capture the whole day, and makes me cry every time I watch it! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
A few things help create stunning images, lighting is huge, I like to play with natural soft light as it really add beauty to an image. The best photo's are captured when the Bride & Groom are relaxed and not even aware they are having their picture taken. I love to be like a fly on the wall capturing completely natural authentic moments as these are the ones that you will cherish the most and help tell your story. I also love capturing the moments between moments, little things, details, gestures a look even.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I like to ask a couple to describe themselves for example, shy and reserved, fun and outgoing or something in between? This helps me get a feel for them and what type of images they likely want capturing.

Emotions Emotions Emotions!
I love capturing special emotional moments, you see it all on a wedding day and I love it!
What inspired you to start your own business?
To have the freedom to do something I love and enjoy so much it hardly feels like work.
Why should our clients choose you?
I (we) are passionate about what we do, we give each and every wedding we take on 110% we feel are clients are more like friends as we like to get to know them a little before the wedding day. We connect emotionally to what we do, I think that is really important!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We took the Uk Government guidelines seriously. All three of us at Shoot My Wedding are Fully Vaccinated .
