PC world condemned my computer and forced me to buy another completely unnecessarily. These good people fixed it in a matter of 3 hours with courtesy. I shall buy my next one from them. Microsoft "Answer desk" online help broke my primary PC and spent almost 10 hours over several days trying to fix it - without success. Phoned Shepway Computers who diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes and fixed it completely within the hour! Thank you very much for sorting out the problems with my laptop this week. Programs and games are reinstalling very quickly again this afternoon. Nice to be able to do more than one thing at a time again. Games I have tested so far are all working perfectly and I have not even needed to assign each one to use the higher graphics option.
