What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to agonise over something that has a lot of "quirks" to it in order to find a solution. It might wreck my head for a few hours or days but when it all clicks and falls into place and I can make that client's goal achievable it's the best feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was working as a Mortgage Adviser for a Bank when I realised that I wasn't actually empowered to help people in the way I wanted to. I knew that as a Bank Adviser, I could only ever offer my clients one set of criteria and interest rates. This wasn't always suitable for every client as there are so many options out there for everyone. I knew I wanted to be an expert in all areas of Mortgages to give my clients the best chance at achieving their goals. At least I knew that if there was a way of doing something, I would be able to find it instead of being restricted by 1 Bank's offering. This is why I decided to start my own business as a Mortgage Broker.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should do their own research on available Advisers in their area and choose one they feel most comfortable dealing with that also has a good reputation. Many of my clients chose my services over other Advisers because of my client reviews online (Check out my VouchedFor, Unbiased and Google reviews. You will find my Google reviews scattered across our office locations. Many of my recent Google reviews will be on our Lisburn office). Clients have also decided to use my service because of my straight talking, approachable manner and ability to explain things in a way they find easy to understand. This is a common theme across my reviews and I believe this is what my clients appreciate about my service the most.

We can accommodate meetings face to face in any of our offices or remotely over Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have started to offer remote Zoom meetings where clients feel safer to meet us from the comfort of their own homes. We can also socially distance in any of our offices and ask that clients please wear face coverings during any face to face meetings.

We offer a FREE initial Mortgage Planning appointment to determine what your plans are and if your plans are possible.
We carry out a maximum affordability assessment with you and of course check to make sure you are eligible for a Mortgage in this meeting.
