a great friendly service, easy to get an appointment, the gilrs are so welcoming and comfortable to be around. i went in with very short hair and had a full head of extensions done it has boosted my confidence so much, absolutely amazing quality hair and made to look so real, i highly recommend she xx

I can honestly say the worst hair extension company going! Hair was rubbish on the end even when taking the proper after care. After having them removed by a professional after 5 days! I’ve worn extensions for the last 6/7 years but only clip ins but I’ve opted for beaded this time and I couldn’t fault the ladies! Popped in and got perfectly matched by Georgia and Karen and got booked in, had my extensions fitted by Chloe and they look perfect! I would not recommend this awful business to anyone!! 1* is being generous but there isn't a lower rate!! My sister would write a review if she hadn't of been blocked my this business for making a complaint about the extensions she had done on he hair. Firstly the wrong hair was fitted. Singular microbeads were what my sister wanted but received wefts "because they are most popular" (she found this out after by SHE) regardless of what is most popular my sister was a paying costumer and should have received what she asked for!! The wefts have caused nothing but itching; soreness and a constant headache since being fitted!! Chloe for whatever reason decided to add a singular microbead to one side her fringe which is ridiculous!! It sticks out and her hair cannot be worn down and when up needs to be pinned back as its not long enough to go into the bobble!! Since Monday she has asked for help in getting this sorted but this company have been nothing but rude and have had no interest in fixing their mistakes. Yesterday the weight of the extension snapped her own hair leaving her with a small tuft on the top of her head. SHE have even suggest that my sister cut this herself!! She is now having to go elsewhere and pay more to have them removed because of the shameful work SHE did!! I've always been told the customer is always right; obviously this company has never heard of that. After the experience my sister has had and seeing some of the reviews on here I would NOT RECOMMEND this so called business to anyone!! This matter is now being passed onto a small claims court as SHE cannot seem to accept their fault. More...

I had nano extensions maintenance/refit about 7 /8 weeks ago here. Firstly the women were lovely but in terms of the service it was much longer than normal and also the fitting was way too tight on my head for the type of extensions. They were so tight I had hair fall out in clumps because they were fitted on the sides of my head too near the hair line and they used non silicone lined rings which are not as good for your hair. I have been going to she for years for synthetic hair, about six months ago due to over processing I lost a lot of hair resulting in a tuft on the crown of my head. Kas found a solution for me that was comfortable and not over priced. The woman is a genius and has given me more confidence than I've had in months. You will not meet a more honest hair extensions expert and specialist. Chloe is absolutely lovely too and fantastic in her role.
