very professional, all the staff know what they are talking about in great detail, have travelled with ST many times and never had a problem, flights , transfers and wifi all sorted, they have some great trips and the guides are also very good and to top it off none of the big travel companys can come close to the price you get from ST ❤️

Excellent Service very Professional, plus Excellent Prices. Booked many Holidays with Sharm Travel Nicola Bel ElHadidy has always given me the Personal touch which I have appreciated. Any problems regarding booking extra luggage or extra leg room (ie not being able to get onto the Thomas Cook website!!!) Nicola has sorted it out for me very swiftly. Well where do I start ! , I initially booked my holiday to El Gouna with Kirsty Harris , everything was plain sailing and any further questions were answered promptly and very professionaly . travelled to Gatwick day before for an overnight stay, still everything perfect. Woke up on 20th December to Drone Gate !. At airport everything as you can imagine was Sheer Hell , when they finally told us flight was cancelled, I'm standing scratching my head wondering what to do next , phone rings it was the Saint known as Nicola . Before I knew it I was booked onto a flight from Manchester the next day , my backside was on a train to Manchester airport , and a reservation made for me in the Marriot Hotel, yes I lost 1 day of my holiday but the 20 I had in resort were fantastic. I cannot recommend Sharm Travel enough, first time I have used them but it certainly wont be the last, and as if they hadn't done enough , I've left them to sort out compensation for cancelled flight on return . Nicola is fast at responding to enquires and makes meeting the requirements of the customer a priority. Adapting the advertised holiday where applicable and if possible. The company offers very competitive prices and as a regular traveller to Egypt (every 8 weeks/school half Term) I have now made Sharm travel the number one choice to enquire with as they are so competitively priced. I have paid more for flights alone booking direct with Thomas Cook in England for return flights to Egypt! We visited nabq in July amd used your service to pick us up to and from the airport which was so efficient .. We had our wifi from you which was brilliant. . It ran out in the second week and you came straight out to replace it.. We also booked our quad biking trip which was amazing!! And a lot cheaper than we were quoted by the hotel!! Also we got talking to someone round the pool (Kerry & kerry) and they highly recommended you which was great because sometimes it's abit worring booking things outside the hotel... But your service was excellent and next time we visit sharm we want to book with you as well ... Thank you very much More...

Absolutely brilliant service. I have used them to travel to Sharm without complication (except airline, which is beyond their control) also when travelling independently had a problem with my MIFI and contacted Nicola who arranged a hire for me at very short noticed. Cannot praise them enough.
