What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people to make a positive difference whether this is personal development or to add value to a company who engage me. I have great listening skills, empathy, understanding, a non judgemental approach and a `get it done` work ethic.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in public service most of my working career and latterly in the private sector, i had ambition to work for myself eventually utilising my life and work experiences to benefit others.
