Shak has done much more than what I expected. He is not only a professional fixer, but a true gentleman who really went out of his way to do my job.
Because the items were so heavy I couldn’t load them myself. So he went to the store, paid for the items on my behalf, picked them up, delivered and fitted them. All this with a smile.
That’s what I call a 5 star service.
