Love my new carpet and flooring. Very professional, kind and honest family business. Gave us the best advise and what would work with the decor. Price amazing! Prep work done the day before and fitting the next day. One of the internal doors was sticking and making a noise when opened(before the fitting) and Shahid fixed the door for me without mentioning it. Friendly and approachable. Sadly that’s all I have to say about this company. In terms of fitting not cut vinyl perfectly. Had screeding done to level the floor. The floor wasn’t level has bumps and holes everywhere. When I spoke to them after the work was done they said to me you should’ve spoke to us first when it was done excuse me I thought your fitters where professional could he not see before laying out the vinyl. I told the vinyl was temporary and they use that as an excuse for there mistakes I paid in full regardless if it’s temporary you would think it would be done professionally. Would I recommend this company the only thing I would say is they do laminating really good and that’s about it. More...
