Hi Arthur I’m afraid when taking on the job you gave us a deadline of the Monday fir the 200 student accommodation we did a lot of cleaning for you to wich you said was not upto standards (we brought 3 different sets of people) all of wich you had a problem with there cleaning skills(these girls clean regular for me with no problems ) after 2/3 days you decided to then say the deadline was a day earlier then you originally said Wich made it impossible to complete you told me to tell you if we couldn’t do it wich I also did and the girls left there was nothing else we could assist you with as you clearly was not happy with our skills and I lost out on over £1000 also due to this I apologise but there is nothing else we could assist you with I’m afraid you only had a team of you and 3 others and you didn’t managed to even complete your own side of what was needed to clean for your self I’m afraid it is not down to our self that this was not done it was down to the whole planning of the situation and the fact your communication skills are not the best I would recommend you stay to the cleans you regularly do for your cleaning business or at the very least manage them your self with your own team rather then getting a secondary cleaning company I saw you advertise for another business to help but with no joy for your self sue to the work you wanted the time you given and the price you was willing to pay I’m afraid hope your business wasn’t effected in anyway as much as mine was sorry again and have a nice day 😁

Arranged an appointment for a regular weekly clean with a very helpful lady, worked around me and was very good at communicating and responding quickly.
The cleaners she sent were so friendly, and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They did a wonderful job and would highly recommend this company.
Very reasonable pricing also!

The clean includes:
All bedrooms/ living rooms, landings and hallways throughly cleaned:
- All surfaces and units cleaned and then polished
- Doors, covings and skirtings boards cleaned
- All fronts of chest of drawers and wardrobes cleaned
- Radiators cleaned and de dusted inside
- Bins emptied but not removed from property
- Windows, sill and UPVC cleaned
- Hoovered and mopped if required
- Bedding can be changed if required
Kitchen & Dining Area throughly cleaned:
- All surfaces cleaned and then polished
- Doors, covings and skirtings boards cleaned
- All fronts of units inside doors cleaned
- Radiators cleaned and de dusted inside
- Windows, sill and UPVC cleaned
- Hoovered and mopped
- Bins emptied but not removed from property
Bathrooms Throughly Cleaned:
- Toilets, taps and basin cleaned and descaled where required
- Radiators cleaned and de dusted inside
- Bath and shower cleaned and descaled where requried
- Shower screens, shower heads descaled and cleaned
- Plugs cleaned
- Extractor fans cleaned
- Towel rails cleaned
Extras can be added on..
- Oven cleaning which would be an extra cost (20% off when booked in with a deep clean/ end of tenancy cleaning/ builders clean)
- Organisation
- Inside Kitchen cupboard cleaning
- Inside of washing machines (time reflected)
- Inside of fridge freezers (time reflected)
- Furniture moved (time reflected)
A 10 percent booking fee is required too book our services.
