Rose did an absolutely fantastic job on my ballgown. I couldn't be happier. The ballgown skirt was made from scratch based on my idea of a victorian style bustle skirt and she also adapted a corset top and made a pair of black lace opera gloves. I needed emergency alterations to my strapless bridesmaid dress as it was too big. I contacted Rose who saw me immediately on a Sunday and got to work! She worked absolute wonders on the dress, along with making it smaller around the bust, she added some elastic to help me feel more confident and also made some alterations to the top of the dress to make it more flattering. It was also too long so she made it shorter but left it a little longer at the back which looked lovely. The work was completely brilliant and I had the most wonderful day at my friends wedding, had lots of compliments on the dress and danced the night away in comfort! Rose worked her magic on my wedding dress and after I brought my dress home I decided to have more off the length and contacted Rose again and she re-did my hem within 5days. ....I would certainly recommend that you take her advice on the hem length ladies!!

I cannot praise Rose highly enough. My daughter ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses from a bridal shop in January and we paid £30 per dress extra to have them fastcut as the wedding was on the 4th April. We were told they would be with us in 6 weeks.. This date came and went and then we were told 2weeks before the wedding that we were not going to get the dresses. We were in total panic. It's not easy to buy 3 different size dresses off the peg let alone try and get a colour match for everything else involved with the wedding. Rose had made excellent alterations to my outfit so I rang her in a very distressed state and explained our problem and asked whether it was possible for her to make 3 bridesmaid dresses in 2 weeks. Rose was brilliant. Even though she had a very heavy workload she immediately put my mind at rest and said she could help us. Rose managed to source the fabric as near to the colour as she could and put herself out by staying late at her business premises in order for the bridesmaids to go to her for measurements when they had finished work. She then managed to produce 3 gorgeous dresses in under 2 weeks. My daughter, myself and the bridesmaids are so grateful to Rose. My daughter's wedding could have been ruined had it not been for Rose because we could not find any dresses in shops that were suitable for all 3 bridesmaids or on the internet that would get to us in time for the wedding. Rose was so friendly and is a very talented lady. Thank goodness she wanted to help us when the bridal shop's only solution was to give us a refund . Rose was absolutely fantastic! I got my bridesmaid's dresses (x3) only 6 weeks before the wedding and Rose managed to get them already on time. This was not an easy job as my chief bridesmaid lives in Manchester and Rose had to make some extra adjustments with just 48 hours to go. Came in earlier for an adjustment to a dress. Put the jacket on with the pinned article and was really happy with the advice for the jacket as didn't sit flush when done up. Rosemary did a fantastic job of taking in and shortening my daughter's Prom Dress. It was a very complicated job as there were loads of gems and sparkles on the shoulder straps and the dress was predominantly lace but she did a great job and it really looked good on the day. Finding Rose has been a blessing.
