What do you love most about your job?
Our day to day is so varied and whilst we travel the breadth of the midlands and beyond, we get to meet some great people and great spaces. Working with specialist, one off materials, soft furnishing and learning about the back story makes some of our cleans even more special. Aside from that, we know that no 2 floors, carpets, sofa's or armchairs are the same and for our regular customers, we find the job hugely satisfying and rewarding as we look to make little but visible improvements to people's everyday lives!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’m Jennie, I’ve worked for ServiceMaster for over 20 years and have focused my time in understanding day-to-day business problems that teams like yours are faced with. Through research and on-hand experience and technology advancements in the industry, I’ve been developing real-life practical solutions for cleaning commercial and residential spaces like yours ever since!

Whilst we accept online enquiries, online bookings for regular and one-off services, for larger jobs, we will always prefer to come onsite to assess the scale of the job before we quote. This would be a no-obligation, completely complimentary visit.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are always adapting the way we deliver our great standard of customer service in a safe manner. We are continually reviewing the guidelines announced by the government and any changes that we make will be communicated to customers as and when it is relevant.
