Thom is an excellent coach: he's a good listener, very empathic and a deep thinker. He's unafraid to challenge you on your own contradictions (which I infinitely prefer to someone simply "reflecting" back to you what you've just said) and is very flexible about the turns the conversation takes, even when it meanders back and forth between professional and personal issues. Whilst I was excited to have a 1:1 session with Thom, I was also a little nervous. I was unsure as to how the session may run, having had coaching before and knowing a working relationship can help to establish heightened outcomes.
Not having met Thom, I wasn't entirely sure how to approach this, but Thom put me entirely at ease. He was personable, open and thoroughly humble despite his experience and many achievements.
During the session I explained the current work I am undertaking with the Senior Leadership Team and asked how I could maximise this without losing momentum and enhancing accountability. Thom gave real practical examples that will be easy to implement and I am looking forward to using them. He then promptly followed up our session with written documentation to further demonstrate the ideas. They were entirely appropriate for our setting and stage of strategic leadership. I left the session refreshed and with 4 pages of notes! So whilst being practical and supportive, it was also providing of relief in a busy day. It was well worth it and I enjoyed working with Thom so much I have recommended him to colleagues.

Making a difference in people's lives - seeing someone's face as they have a great realisation
What inspired you to start your own business?
Wanting to change the way people experience work. A quarter of people apparently dread going to work in the US and that's so sad. I bring healing into business and make organisations safe for people to work in.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have a great deal of experience in large, medium and small companies. I've worked with leaders in many countries and I know I can make a difference in most, if not all businesses, as long as their leaders have an openness to engaging with change.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can facilitate meetings online, and conduct trainings, and my preference is to be there in person where it's practical and possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've created programmes and dialogues online and run them for 3 years (see the YouTube channel for some of the products) and now that the danger has lifted to a certain degree, I am working largely in person except where the group is dispersed geographically.
