Dementia is a condition that is becoming more and more prevalent in today’s society. Since Serenity Always was established in 2014, we have provided a wide range of support that is personalised for those affected by Dementia.

Respite Care is a service that encompasses all of our care services, be it Personal Care, Social Care or Domestic Care.

Designed to give an existing carer a break from their workload, it gives the family members and friends of our clients a chance to look after their own health and well-being for a change. Our respite carers will support our clients to the exact same standard of care that they are accustomed to, and are available on a short or long term basis.

Serenity Always provides excellent Social Care services that improve the quality of life for our clients. Our research and years of experience has identified that many people, especially in older age, become lonely or isolated when they have no family or friends living nearby.
As well as having a cup of tea and a chat, we help our clients in a plethora of everyday activities, including:

Shopping
Activity Visits (Theatre, Social Club, Library, Hairdresser)
Trips to visit family/friends
Conducting a security check for their residence

Serenity Always provides a range of personalised Learning Disability services to support clients with learning disabilities.

Our services expand much further than Personal Care, Social Care and Domestic Care, our staff are trained and eager to support clients with learning disabilities to find work, find suitable housing, meet new people and generally live the life they choose to live.

The team at Serenity Always understands that many individuals who require care may need additional help around the house or garden, particularly if their level of mobility is not what it used to be.

Domestic Care covers a number of day-to-day activities that clients may require help with. Tasks such as loading the washing machine, changing the bin and replacing light bulbs are tasks that our Domestic Carers would be glad to help with. Our carers are trained to deal with several household tasks that can be completed to the client’s own preference and standard.

Serenity Always offers Commercial Cleaning with many unique selling points:

All staff are vetted and checked for criminal records.
All staff are fully-qualified in Food Hygiene, First Aid and Moving & Handling, should any incidents arise while present.
All staff are trained to efficiently and effectively provide a commercial and domestic cleaning service to the required standard.
