Serene Serenity believes that everyone deserves to live their life free of pain as much as physically possible. By providing various treatments such as acupuncture, soft tissue manipulation and using skilled massage techniques, we are able to achieve this to a very high standard with great results.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I believe know one should have to live in unnecessary pain and discomfort, and I have a gift that makes this possible.
I really love what I do and after many many years within the industry, I realised that this was not the big companies objectives and these amazing treatments was not available to everyone, so I decided to set up my own business specialising in pain management that is available to everyone.

I am result driven, knowledgeable and wise with 18 years experience, as well as friendly, caring and I truly care about my clients and their treatment results.
Even though I specialise in pain management, I still want my clients to have a great relaxing experience in a beautiful treatment room and I am honest and give realistic results.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Here at Serene Serenity I follow the government guidlines for the health and safety of others.
The treatment room is cleaned with anti bacterial cleaner between every client including door handles,switches, the massage couch and chairs.
I open windows before and after each client to air out the room, and spray anti bacterial mist around the room once I shut the windows for treatment.
I alway wash my hand before and after every treatment and I will remain wear a face mask during the treatment time.

Gua Sha (repair and recovery)
Gua Sha Therapy: This is an ancient Asian bodywork treatment for healing of chronic pain, it is especially effective on back, neck and shoulder area but can be used all over the body to relieve restricted movement and pain. The use of the tools releases tight fascia breaking down scar tissue and adhesions and promoting pain reduction and healing.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practice, which involves hair thin needles being inserted into specific points on the body, to releases blockage and disturbances in the flow of the body life energy. These blockages can cause chronic or acute pain, limited mobility, digestive issue, insomnia and emotional issue.
first appointment will be 90 mins, this involves a very in-depth consultation as well as treatment £60.
every treat there after will be £45.
Acupuncture is not a one off treatment, it recommended to be delivered in course of 6 treatment, reviews after 3 treatments.
