Been using Salon Seven for 6 years since I lived in Cambourne. The staff are always polite, friendly and happy. Customer engagement from barber to management and all in between make the experience a war, welcoming and enjoyable one. I have seen other reviews stating they feel like the cut was rushed, this has never been the case for me and they are always more than happy to make any alterations to hair styre I request but also take a lot of time and effort into perfecting the hair cut or style I require. Reliable and great service - Kirsten has cut my hair every few weeks since we moved to Cambourne a year ago. I will keep going back. The barbers side has a turn up and wait system where we get my son's hair cut. It can be busy on Saturdays so sometimes a bit of a wait but you can make appointments for kids haircuts too, so I would recommend either an appointment or taking something to keep the kids amused while you wait. What can I say apart from a totally outstanding and understanding caring service delivered by the owner.
I visited today with my little boy who has non verbal autism and hair cuts are very difficult for him and it’s always an experience I have dreaded but not anymore! Even though he hated his hair being done. He gave you a beautiful smile afterwards. He trusts you which is lovely and in time I’m sure it will get easier. Thank you for also making a mum also feel more at ease. Best experience we have had with any salon and we have tried a few!

Perfect hair saloon. Working on booking base for women and FIFO base for man. Usually not a big deal, but they are quite busy every Saturday. Quality of the haircut is very good and they are definitely not as expensive as any saloon in Cambridge. I can only recommend. More...

I've been a customer for years, basically good hair cuts, colours and regular blow dry as I have sensory nerve condition in hands. They're a god send. Would fully recommend their services. Happy to help with hair queries and to book you in, obviously IF THEY CAN. The inevitable sometimes happens as growing and successful and this can sometimes be difficult but all staff do their best to accommodate. I've taken my 4 yr grand son here, who's never been to a barber before. He fell in love with the cowboy apron and was reassured throughout. Now loves going. My grand daughter with very long hair had her first hair cut. The stylist listened and took time in talking through my first wants for her. My youngest daughter achieved great support and sponsorship for 'Brave the Shave' a worthy cause donating hair cut to Wig Angels for children who suffer hair loss through treatment of their cancer. Not many salons would commit their time as Louise did. As for the trainee stylists can't speak highly enough, both Emily and Owen, are happy, bubbly and chatty throughout with the emphasis on good customer relations. Whilst a dedicated client, I've recommended the salon to my daughters and their children. They use both stylist and barber side and only have excellent comment to say about them too.
