I formed a new LTD company via yourcompanyformations and the process could not have been simpler even though I had an issue with the original name, YCF were very helpful with what I needed to do as companies house had rejected the first name. I decided to change the name and did not need to input all the details into the system again which was very pleasing. The new name was submitted and incorporated within 2 hours and all for less that £7. I would recommend YCF to anyone who needs to incorporate a new company.
