End of Tenancy Cleaning
The end of tenancy cleaning was good, that is the main reason I won't give less stars.
However the service was really bad.
First the arrival time. For weeks it was agreed an arrival at 9 30 am so I scheduled my work day and everything else around it. The day before (Sunday) I was told that they would arrive by 10 10 because they needed to pick up supplies. I thought it was weird as they should pick up before and not at 9 30 but ok, I was able to manage changes at work and with my landlord. At the day I got a call at 10 10 saying they would not arrive before 11 am. At that point is way too late to change any meetings at my work and even my landlord. I thought it was unprofessional. They explained how someone had issues with car and all that, but does it mean a 2h late arrival time?
Second, the extra charges. Before booking I was asked to send pictures and videos to help assess the time required. I was not asked to send pictures of anything specific so I send a general video to show size and the stairs. As soon as they arrived, the first thing they did was check the appliances and say it was going to be more expensive because I didn't send a picture of it. What am I supposed to do the day I need to give my landlord the key back and almost 2h late than originally booked? I felt like it was a strategy to make more money. If checking inside the oven was so important, why it was not required a specific photo? I would have send it!
Third the payment and certificate. I got asked to pay in advance the full amount, that I didn't accept so we agreed on 50% before and 50% on the day. They day of the cleaning, the supervisor kept telling me how I needed to pay because people would sometimes not pay (how unprofessional). And then, after I paid, I have never received the certificate! They are so fast to charge (and charge more) but not so fast to finish everything.
I am also at professional service industry and I would never treat my clients like I was treated. For that reason I will not hire the company again and I won't recommend it.

How long have you been in business?
over year now we started since August and initially actively operated in February of last year 2023 . It has been a great journey as a start up business but now after well over a year experience we are more adjusted and expanding our business to provide excellent services for our clients. Yes we are currently just over a year since we started this business , we are looking into expanding and advancing our services via remote or online tools to help make our bookings easier and more manageable for us and the clients .

Our health and safety measure are more intensified .
We ensure we update our policies and have always ensure we are compliant because our staff safety and clients is important to us and a priority .
We also do DIY , Gradening , Ironing as well as housekeeping
Our services have now expanded we recruit people for porter positions , all sort of hospitality sectors like cleaning , concierge , hotel etc.. we also have specialised cleaners for commercial offices , companies and businesses such as restaurants and shop . We are offering 20% off until the end of June for all sort of cleanings .
