On first approach Selen Services were polite & responsive. They sent me a cleaner ( Hristena) 52 year old who arrived 30min late. She was good cleaner but did not like taking instructions nor did she want to empty dustbins. Had quite an attitude. She took 30min cigarettes brake. Was on the phone constantly. After complaining to the office they assured me that they would send another lady next time BUT as yet not heard from Selen services. They refuse to take my calls or reply to my emails. Very poor service I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND or use this company ever again. More...
