Requested end of tenancy cleaning, while the flat was cleaned it was not deemed as a professional clean. Many aspects missed out like light switches and sockets, window frames not cleaned, inside of kitchen cupboards not cleaned properly, limescale around taps not cleaned, oven dials not cleaned. I wanted a professional end of tenancy clean, if I had wanted just a normal clean I could have done the job myself, a waste of £180. Sorry for this review but the estate agent itenary stated not professional clean and I feel upset that I wasted so much money during a time where many people have lost jobs. More...

Agreed you requested end of Tenancy cleaning, which we did. The fact remains that your property was dis-used and improperly kept by previous tenants, which you confirmed in your statement to us e.g about a Tenant being a Smoker. Therefore, the deterioration and Un-upgraded state of your property has made our Top-notch cleaning not obvious as it should. Examples; Your Window frames had changed colour from White to Brown, the Bathroom suites have also deteriorated over at least 20-30 years of use, limescale around tap were descaled by us but over accumulation of them , made it impossible to get rid of them at once. Furthermore, we can say as a matter of fact that though the Communal Staircase leading to your Flat was in a Bad state of uncleanliness, we cleaned them out of Good Gesture. You then thanked us for job done and paid us. Lastly, because our Service matter to us, record has it that after making a complaint to us, we infact offered to return to your property and address your complaint but you outrightly said no. Irrespective of your complaint, we are still looking forward to doing business with you in the future.
