Fantastic Club!
Wing Chun Glasgow is perfect for me. It's practical, fun and helps me to de-stress from my day job. It's a mixed class and although we practise serious Wing Chun, no one takes themselves too seriously.
Almost 4 years on, I'm stronger, faster, fitter and feel a lot more confident than I ever have.
You need to try this!

A great and comfortable environment, especially when starting out for the first time with no previous experience in martial arts.

Barry led class that I attended they had a ton of cardio! Hand pad drills with some application mixed in. Did a little daan-chi and chi-sau students were all engaged and happy.
Their lineage follows Ip Man -> Ip Ching / Ip Chun -> Samuel Kwok -> Sifu Brian (Which I unfortunately didn't get to meet). We did SNT and CK forms at the beginning. A fair amount of emphasis on power generation with every punch and elbow. Great class no one knew me and I was welcomed and treated very well! They finished with a burn out session at the end of class (optional) we all suffered like real buddhists! Thanks to everyone that I trained with tonight if you're ever in Minnesota USA look me up!
Much respect,
Andrew Mills
