Since Anna has taken over the management of Hunts Cross Village under Scanlans there has been a vast improvement. The whole place looks better no litter the car parks are well kept. I actually feel that Scanlans care about enforcing rules etc to make residents considerate of each other and make it a more pleasant place to live. I have experience of three property management companies. The first, did care but only when it suited them, the second didn’t care and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, the third set the standard. That third company is Scanlans and based on nearly five years working with them as a director and receiving their services as a resident, I am very happy with their service.I live a busy life, thus it’s a relief to have Scanlans ensuring myself and other residents are safe, and that my property is safe. Their expertise and assistance is always available and I’ve been impressed by their competency during difficult periods that come with block apartments and shared grounds. In particular, Faatima Kawri is the property manager for where I live and took on my residential block during a very difficult period with various challenges to do deal with. Even during the difficult periods she excelled in providing efficient assistance for general matters such as financial queries, neighbour disputes, and general maintenance, etc. which all contribute to my residential block being a nice place to live. I can't thank Ashley enough for getting the large hedge sorted outside the front window of my property. Ashley worked very hard to correspond with me and make arrangements for contractors to come and assess the situation. Being kept in the loop has been extremely appreciated during the process of appointing a new contractor.The finished work is excellent and we now have a much better view outside our window and light.The contractor has been very considerate and sympathetic towards the conservation area behind the hedge and has not trampled on or cut any of the conservation area trees, bushes or reed area, which helps preserve the local wildlife.Thank you for contracting this work so quickly. I can now look forward to starting work in my front garden now that the hedge looks so wonderful and in keeping with the rest of the residential area. Scanlans are doing an excellent job in Managing The Bellway estate in Hunts Cross Speke Liverpool. Anna Knowles is on the ball, enabling excellent communication between clients and contractors and it"s great to talk to someone who regularly goes on site and seeks improvement for residents. Having used various companies on this site in past years Scanlans are head and shoulders above, not only lowering the service charges but installing and improving facilities throughout, from window cleaners to gardeners to security gates and CCT. The person I deal with at Scanlan's is Siobhan Waldron who is a very knowledgeable young lady. She has visited our apartment blocks several times and walked round the site with me to see what needs doing to both maintain and improve the property. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she keeps in touch whilst work is being carried out.Nothing is too much trouble for her, any information I need she either calls me or sends copies by email, so there is no waiting for things to be done.All in all, Siobhan is a hard working lady and so very helpful. As director of our block, it would be a sad day if she were to leave Scanlans as some people just cannot be replaced. More...

Excellent service - Scanlans took over the management of the apartment block where I have a flat in the last year. I have had the pleasure of dealing with James A and Mairead G whilst going through the process of selling my flat. Whilst other elements of the sale have been difficult and stressful, James and Mairead have been dependable and flexible in providing information and advice quickly and professionally. Scanlans help us manage the Company set up, by the builders of our housing development, which looks after leased areas. I would like to say a big Thank you to Victoria Thomas from the Manchester branch, We have had issues on the development and she has been exemplary in the way she has dealt with them, Victoria has been in communication constantly and responded to questions and queries, promptly either by email or phone. Victoria has gone out of her way to help. The issues with parking have now died down , they were more to do with CPS Northern not responding but with Victoria's help hopefully we have found a solution.I would like to say thanks again, for all your help, I cant recommend Victoria enough for the way she has dealt with everything. I haven't got any experience with repair team and hopefully won't need them ... I had issue with administration duo to update corresponding address. First none was helpfull and not even trying. Property Manager Mr Anthony Kingdon emailed and advised he is dealing with it and within two days all sorted .
