What do you love most about your job?
Development of staff and dealing with customers. I love helping people, whether that's customers, staff, or anyone, and working with them to get the best out of their purchase / themselves.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve had a lot of positive feedback from clients, peers and employees that I’ve worked with, specifically around my management / mentoring capabilities. I therefore thought that I would offer this out wider and see what comes of it!

I’m open, honest, direct, and will tell you after one paid session if I don’t think I can provide value. I’m not here to waste my time or yours - I want to feel that I’ve helped AND earned my fee.
