I became a mortgage adviser in July 2019. Prior to this, I was an estate agent. Therefore, I believe I have a good understanding of the housing market and the buying and selling process.

The thing I love about my job, is how rewarding it is! Helping first time buyers buy the house they never thought was achievable. Helping someone, in sticky financial situation, get unstuck. Or just the simplicity of helping people save time, stress and/or money!
As your adviser, I will be there for you from start to completion. I like to keep things simple, jargon free and will keep you updated throughout the process.

One piece of advice that I would give anyone looking to purchase, first time, 2nd, or 3rd! Is speak to an adviser as soon as possible, even before you start looking! So we can chat about your financial circumstances and requirements. As estate agents want to pre-qualify purchasers these days. This then ensures we are able to respond quicker for you, when you see the house of your dreams….. As I wouldn’t want you miss out!

This also goes for a re-mortgage. Your personal or financial circumstances may have changed since you took out your initial mortgage, 2-5 years ago. You may have had a drop or increase in salary, lost an income, or have loans/credit cards. If your re-mortgage is coming up for renewal in the next 6 months. Again, its worth having a chat asap. Then we can discuss a plan of action, so you have peace of mind before your renewal is due.
With technology I am able to process an application for anyone across the UK, you don’t have to be local. With regards to have a chat, this can be done face-to-face of you are local, over the phone or on-line.
