We offer both short term/brief therapy and long term therapy. Counselling is also delivered virtually by telephone or video thereby making our services accessible throughout the UK and worldwide.

Our prices are affordable and based on a sliding scale starting from as little as £20. 50.

We apply several approaches that include Cognitive and behavioural therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, integrative therapy, systemic/family therapy, person-centred therapy plus mindfulness.

We aim at maintaining a collaborative counselling and therapeutic relationship plus provide safe, non-judgmental service where clients can explore and work through any emotional or life difficulties.

We also help clients go through the journey of self-discovery, self-realisation, self-awareness and acceptance. Through the process they are able to gain sustainable strategies and skills.

We believe strategies and skills learnt through therapy can be used for the rest of the client’s life to help keep symptoms away.
