The service provided by Sarah Kenny staff was very professional. The overall process was quite lengthy due to competitive rental market here in Bristol and several offers we had put through beaten by other earlier offers. However, with help from SK staff we managed to find a place we like. Just a recommendation for SK: please don't take too many offers at the same time, especially if you have had a suitable offer placed the day before and that is being considered. However I understand we might have been particularly unlucky with our initial offers and we thought SK did their best to arrange an early viewing on the flat we eventually rented. We had very positive experience so far with Sarah Kenny during our moving in process. All the Sarah Kenny staff were attentive. It was smooth to move in even though our landlord/landlady have been difficult, they were responsive from their end to solve the issues in the house.
