Daisy had her ears pierced by Rosana, it could not have gone better. The ladies at the salon made her feel very special and looked after her so well. My appointment with Rita was great. She was friendly and relaxed from the start and made me comfortable with her assured and professional manner. Rita had great attention to detail during the treatment and through each part of the booking too from checking me in, choosing music and then aftercare, all undertaken with a great, reassuring personal tone that put me very much at ease. I came in for a Caci facial with Rita and was absolutely thrilled with the treatment. Rita is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I felt very much at ease from the moment I arrived. The Caci facials are interesting because although there is a mild electric stimulation that at times can be... well... odd, you can feel your facial muscles relaxing so it is still very pleasant and I left feeling great. My skin has felt beautiful all day and I've caught a look in the mirror more than once and thought, "Wow- that facial really worked!". I will definitely book in again. I thought Yulia was particularly good at making me feel at ease on my first treatment because it is, let's face it, a bit of weird experience. She talked me through everything and was all round very pleasant and friendly. After a couple of treatments I found I was actually looking forward to having the next one and that was mostly thanks to Yulia. I've noticed a definite improvement in the texture of my skin.
