Iam an adult nurse that has been working in hospitals for over a decade now. The published Skills for Care data for 2021/22, which showed a worsening workforce shortage in the United Kingdom homecare sector, has led to the formation of Eagles Healthcare Professional Limited (EHPL), a company which will be led my myself, Sarah Chapuredima to deliver holistic domiciliary care services to service users who are 18 years and above. My qualifications, experience, and knowledge.I have eleven years of experience in the nursing field, including experience in management and leadership roles. I have also completed several courses in healthcare management, including courses in patient safety, quality improvement, and risk management. In my eleven years of practice, l have gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Consequently, l have a strong understanding of the regulations and standards that govern the healthcare industry, and have a proven record of successfully managing regulated activities.
I can develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. As a qualified registered nurse with great experience, I am firmly committed to patient safety, quality care and improvement, and I have the ability to identify and address potential risks. As a registered nurse manager, I am responsible for assessing any individual's fitness, character, skills, qualifications, and experience. As I have the necessary skills and qualifications to manage the regulated activities, I am confident that I will be able to give care in patients homes and making sure that patients and families needs are met.
