Very professional! Rang one morning, because I was thinking I have bedbugs. After very detailed explanation on the phone what they gonna do and what for is that, Wayne came the same day and made his own investigation in my room. Turns out they were carpet beetles, not bedbugs, what I think not every company would figure out. Wayne was very very professional, made a treatment and gave a lot of useful advices for the future.
