What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been in the property industry for a very long time and I have a passion for property, so what better way to fulfil my passion than by starting my own business.
I've always noticed there has been a gap in the market and Santosha property services was created to fill that gap and create contentment and peace of mind for all our clients.

Weather a single room or multiple rooms, please contact us. We a have fully management hands-off service including utility set up or if you just need reference checks for your new prospective tenant, we can help.
Property management - Single dwelling
If you have a single dwelling and would like to rent the property as a whole we are offer everything from professional photography and floor plans to full management.
We ensure to fully reference prospective applicants, arrange for check-in inventories, draw up tenancy agreements and register the deposit.
Property management - Multiple units
If you are a landlord with a property portfolio or a developer we can offer residential property management on a sliding fee scale.
We offer property staging, floor plans and everything else involved in our single dwelling property management service.
Professional photography
Full royalty free professional photos for your rental property. This can be as a stand alone service or discounded when you instruct us for our fully managed service.
Floor plans
An add-on service with the professional photography pack.
Check-in & check -out reports
If you already have a tenant we can arrange for a check-in report with or without an inventory. It also includes a fire alarm test to ensure you're fully compliant. And when the tenant is ready to move we will arrange for the check out.
