What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our service users satisfied with the care that we provide for them. We enjoy making a difference in the lives of our service users and love to see them gain their independence. We also love building personal relationships some of them that last a lifetime with our clients. We also love the challenges that caring poses and being able to overcome those challenges ,transforming the lives of our service users.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have a passion for caring for people and working with service users to improve their quality of life and create possibilities for them. One of the main goals of starting the business was so that we could implement all the talents and skills that we possess as a team so as to fulfil that social purpose of providing great service and services for service users.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our infection control policies and procedures are fully implemented in full especially those related to effective hand hygiene,sanitization and environmental cleaning. Our staff are fully compliant with hand sanitization procedures and our management ensure that our staff and clients are supported by the provision of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
