We were very pleased with the standard of cleaning, however, i would not recommend this company as there was a lot of tittle tattle going on which we found very childish and some of the things said by our cleaner to Annie although totally untrue we found very upsetting. I certainly would not advise anyone to use them just in case they get the same cleaner as we did. More...

Annie impressed me immediately in the prompt and efficient way she dealt with my initial enquiry, meeting me at my Mother's home at my convenience.
Annie proved to be extremely pleasant and totally professional, arranging a cleaner for my Mother within hours.
The cleaner she chose for my Mother was absolutely delightful, not only thorough and competent but proved an instant hit with Mum. We feel very lucky to have her and can now relax completely.
Annie's rates I consider very reasonable, the service she has given us has been exemplary and I would have no hesitation in referring her to anyone who needs a similar service.

A representative turned up on time , however was very off hand and disinterested in the clean. Then we didn't get any further contact after saying she would respond in a few days either way. Wouldn't recommend.

After view cancellation made by yourself last minute we didn’t eventually arranged to visit you and discussed your cleaning requirements we got back to you with a day and time then unfortunately staff had covid we then rearranged but heard nothing back from yourselves . We are more than happy to schedule you in.
