I am a freelance book Illustrator, Artist and Photographer. I love to illustrate using watercolour Pencils although I’m not limited to just watercolour Pencils, I love using paint, pencil and more.
I am very committed to making sure my customers leave happy with their illustrations and try to accommodate various budgets without compromising on quality.

Ms. Sandra Ike was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I commissioned 2 portraits of my grandsons and the results were exactly what I had hoped for.
Ms Ike and I set goals together that were realistic and achievable, and I found Ms Ike to be proactive, punctual and tremendously skilled in her work.
The 2 portraits were not only realistic and symmetrical but also very detailed, with both the facial expressions and the emotions captured perfectly.

In January 2019 I was looking to give my nephew a different kind of present for his birthday.
I had thought about various options and then learned that Sandra was an illustrator.
Before I chose the type of portrait I wanted, and the materials that Sandra would use, Sandra showed me some of her portfolio of work showcasing the different types of illustrative work that she had completed. This was very impressive and professionally displayed.
I commissioned Sandra to do the portrait. I liked the fact that Sandra explained all the steps involved, what the finished portrait would look like, how long it would take to complete. Sandra kept me updated with her progress. I liked the final finished portrait. It was unique and importantly it was ready before my nephew’s birthday.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to bring words to life through illustrating and being part of the reason why children love learning.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Recognising my gifting in the area of creativity particularly with illustrating, designing, painting and photography as well as having the passion and drive for it and for sharing it with others, especially those who have need of it.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have made sure that clients can always reach me online and that I can also get their products to them without having to meet them in person.
Book Illustration
I offer book cover design, book illustration and other illustration services. I use pencils and watercolour pencils although I am not limited to those medias.
I am a published author and Illustrator, I have also illustrated many portraits and only look forward to my next challenge.
