1: 1 online consultations
Before the first consultation, I will provide you with a health and nutrition questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to complete. An initial take approximately 1 our online via zoom. This is where I dig deep to uncover the possible root cause and drivers behind any imbalance. We will look at areas including your current medications, diet, lifestyle regime and focus on what you want to do and get out of these consultations.
Follow up consultation: The majority of people requires around 4 follow-up consultations, but this is different for everyone.
