Never, ever deal with this company! I ordered an end-of-tenancy deep cleaning service for my 2-bedroom flat, but the experience was a complete disappointment. They sent only one individual who was ill-equipped, lacked English proficiency, and only spoke Bulgarian. The cleaning was subpar, failing to meet even basic domestic standards. To make matters worse, the cleaner used the same cloth throughout the entire flat, resulting in dog hair being found in both the freezer and the fridge. The company charged me £442.5 for this unsatisfactory service. Upon raising the issue with the cleaning company, they sent the same individual back, who spent only half an hour without proper equipment and couldn't effectively clean. Despite showing videos and pictures of the inadequate cleaning, the company initially dismissed my concerns. When I pointed out the uncleaned part of the oven, the response was that I should clean it myself. After persistently presenting evidence of the inadequate service, the company reluctantly offered a meager £65 refund out of the £442.5 I paid. Despite some negative comments I had read about this company, they seem to overshadow them with positive ones, making it easy for the negative experiences to get lost. After enquiring with many and receiving a few quotes, Samyx Cleaning was our choice for End of tenancy cleaning. Communication and cleaning were spot on! They all were amazing in answering so many questions and keep me up to date with everything. The flat was clean and no complaints so far from the landlord. Even when there have been some issues caused by me, they tried to accomodate and made sure I was not impacted, reducing the the stress already caused by moving house. Quick tiip: Just make sure you enter the exact information about the size of the flat and the number of rooms and bathrooms. On the size you can add .5 bathrooms (meaning a toilet). Not happy with the service! Booked an end of tenancy clean for a small 2 bed flat that was left in a vert tidy condition. Paid £220 . Checked the flat after the clean & I had to take pictures of the smudges and spills that were still on the sofas, mantlepiece, surfaces, & an entire drawer set was left untouched. I mentioned this to Samyx -they responded right away & sent the cleaner back but the whole process was very stressful as we had already given in the end of tenancy keys. I had to trust that the cleaner was going to give the keys back, spent lots of my time checking everything once again, & trust that the same cleaner who went back did what they'd say they do, & what they should have done the 1st time around. I understand that things can be missed, but did not expect it to be on such a large level! Didn't get an apology for the lack of professionalism & bad service..
