I was very impressed with the service I was provided by Peter James on the few occasions when we met. He was incredibly insightful and helpful in finding me and my fiancee a property within London. Not your typical high street estate agent. We sold our flat through Paul at Samuel Estates and he was very efficient and supportive throughout the (very long) process. When the first sale fell through, he managed to get another buyer the same evening, which was amazing. He wasn't pushy, unlike other estate agents, which was very refreshing. Selling a family home after 20 years is bound to be a stressful and somewhat emotional experience. Very professional and have helped save me time, hassle and money by fixing many issues over the years before they become problematic.
