I am fully qualified with visible Qualifications so you know I am genuine as many people are not qualified but just saying they are. It takes 2 years to complete the proper training and people telling you they are part of some group or they have years of experience means nothing without the proof they are properly trained.

What do you love most about your job?
I like doing this job because the results are very satisfying as it can be quite challenging dealing with certain stains marks ect and it is good to meet new clients and build up regulars and I enjoy when I see the client is happy with the transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for someone when I qualified for a while and was restricted to the same place and same routine and wanted to try new challenges and expand and it was the right move.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am only one with proper Government recognised legal required Qualifications and know the correct chemicals to use and I will tell the client the truth if they have tried to clean a stain themselves with the wrong chemicals I cannot help them rather than lie and just take the cash for example bicarb and vinegar on a stain will lock it in as will certain spray can stain removers. My prices are guaranteed best.

Do you need your deposit back, to freshen up, new look, to sanitise your place or may be get it ready for a new Tenant or to sell or for visitors? Do not pay unnecessary price to big companies with unqualified people with no genuine Vocational Qualification that are legally required, they will tell you this and that and you will not get a proper clean unless you pay their huge rates in a sales pitch to get your £££ always ask for Qualifications. You can rent cheap machines like Rug Doctor but they will not do a proper job and will certainly not take most stains out as that requires the use of correct safe chemicals by qualified Professionals. Do not waste your money on cheap rental machines. Word of warning do jot use bicarb and vinegar on your mattress it will lock the stain in and do not use cheap stain remover sprays they will do the same.
