Wonderful Trainer and person !!! Since I am with Sam my back has improved a lot. No need for doctors anymore.She is very thoughtful in her training classes.I highly recommend her, no doubt!!

Sam has helped me build strength in my glutes and core which has helped to stabilise my pelvis. I was really impressed by her approach to diagnosing my weak areas and since working with Sam I haven’t required my monthly chiropractic appointment! I feel so much stronger and genuinely look forward to my sessions with her. I’m pushed to my limits each time and have fun at the same time. I cant speak more highly of her. More...

I started Gravity classes with Sam in September and I love them! Sam’s super knowledge means that we rarely do the same exercise twice, keeping the classes challenging and varied. Having never used a gravity trainer before I was very pleased to receive very clear and concise instructions as Samantha took me through an exercise routine. Intelligent programming in whichever area of fitness your goal sits, tailored to your likes.
- Posture, balance, rehab and bad backs: pilates and the GRAVITY machine - similar to a pilates reformer.
- Strength: the GRAVITY machine (amazing for core strength, plus cable work quickly builds lean muscle, and anyone can learn a pull-up), exercise bands and bodyweight exercise including callisthenics - handstand pushups anyone? (A pushup is as effective as a benchpress, and functional training trumps weights unless you want to be an olympic weight lifter)
- HIIT (High intensity intervals, the training the latest science proves is so effective): boxing padwork (great fun for beginners) and spinning (low impact, but high intensity).
- Cardio: indoor cycling, aerobics, circuits, plyometrics and gym machines like the cross trainer and treadmill.
- Weight loss: nutrition plus a combination of cardio and strength designed for high calorie burn.

Consistency, finding activities you enjoy, drinking water, never letting an injury or chronic illness stopping you moving, and finding a way of eating that works for your body.
