We are a family run lettings agency - focused on providing a quality service to both our tenants and landlords.
As landlords ourselves, we have experienced incredibly frustrating encounters with estate agents. As a result, we created our own agency which focuses on a very personalised and professional service that we would expect ourselves.
We specialise in HMO's with a over 25 years of combined experience between us all. As well as HMO's, we do manage residential lets too. Due to our vast experience and knowledge, we have been providing an additional service to our current landlords but also new investors whereby we source investment properties, we deal with all the planning and council application forms, refurbish the property with our in house build team and finally manage it for the landlord as well. This hands off service has been a fantastic way for our landlords and oversea investors to expand their portfolio.
