Quick check in and very helpful reception staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom needs a bit of reconsideration though. Sink is too small and the shelf above makes brushing your teeth very difficult. Shower takes about 15 minutes to run hot and water pressure is poor. The hotel breakfast and bar meals are excellent. All staff were cheerful and attentive albeit rushed off their feet. Great location makes accessing the local area very easy. All in all, a decent hotel to stay at. More...

Attended a wedding on Friday at the Salutation hotel and stayed overnight. Everything was excellent the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal here on our way home from St. Andrews and were not disappointed.
