I had a perm that lasted over 9 months and when I wasn’t as happy with the second one I had they have been amazing. There is a lovely friendly atmosphere and I love that they have students really learning on the job.

I recently had a root touch up go wrong at Salon Sixty Six resulting in my roots being very dark and rest of the hair light. The Salon was brilliant in sorting out the problem as soon as I explained what had happened - I had an important event to go to on the Friday and I was seen by the salon on the Thursday. They understood how important it was to sort the problem out before I went to the event, even at such short notice. I had a talented hair dresser called Amber, she discussed in detail with me before I had any treatment what was needed to be done to correct the colour. I received a clear consultation what would work best and what I loved the most is they were honest. Amber was brilliant to work with as I was busy working on my laptop when I came in and she didn't interrupt my work, she looked after me well offering teas and coffees etc. I felt very comfortable in her capable hands, and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. The salon apologised a number of times which i'm grateful for, as this was an inconvenience, however they redeemed themselves on excellent customer service. I feel so happy to know if anything goes wrong again, the salon do everything to help you fix your hair, so you feel amazing when you walk out of those doors. Very happy customer. More...

After googling various hairdresser around Norwich, I decided to give this one a go (the offer on Groupon helped, of course! ) I am anxious about having my hair cut, and find it difficult to say when I don't like what the hairdresser is doing. It's got me in a few pickles. However, Kate sat me down and had an in-depth discussion before we started. She made me feel completely at ease, and genuinely listened. I had my hair washed and treated by a newly appointed apprentice, who was lovely, and eager to learn. Kate was very easy to talk to, and left me with an amazing haircut! Seb always cuts my hair, and I went to see him for a fringe trim. (I’m really weird about having my hair cut and he is always amazing). My children were with me and asked if I could sneak in a trim for my son. He is 2 and never still! Martial stepped up, and I cannot sing his praises enough. He was so patient with my son and daughter, and my son sat still long enough for him to give a great little hair cut. Martial was engaging and patient with him. I visited last week for the first time for a cut, wash and blow dry & left very pleased my hair felt so much better, the reception was very warm & friendly which put me at ease & Amber was lovely & friendly and took the time to make suggestions when I didn’t really know what I wanted. I was lucky enough to win a competition where the prize was a 'hair-up and makeover' for myself and a friend. Having spoken with staff we were allowed to swap to a haircut for both of us. The ladies were great! The atmosphere was lovely and we were welcomed and offered tea and coffee. I am currently breastfeeding and wondered how staff would react if I needed to feed my daughter. Lauren (my stylist) was wonderful and told me about her own experience breastfeeding. FABULOUS all-round experience!
I have long used salon 66 and never been let down, there is always a positive atmosphere in the salon and staff are very accommodating to yours needs.
Had a full re-style today cut and colour. The stylist took my preferences of colours and hair length and worked her magic. I have never been more happy with my hair!
