With the healing that is happening reiki can trigger the release of stored emotional blockages which can in turn can lead you to be more open to the ebbs and flows of life and take more inspired action.

I first went to Salina for a reiki session, I had been recommended by a friend. Having never had reiki before I contacted Salina and she explained what reiki was about and how it could help with stress and finding balance in my every day life. Salina explained the benefits of reiki without making me feel like I was obligated to come and see her. I decided to try and booked a session. Salina was very accommodating and very professional. She has a room dedicated to her reiki and therapy sessions. The room had a very relaxing feel and I felt like I was in a sanctuary. Salina was professional throughout the session only doing what I was comfortable with and then we had a chat afterwards about what she had felt throughout the session explaining what I could do in my every day to regain that balance. Helping people has been a passion all my life and as such I was guided to this work.
I believe in the power of Reiki and in helping people find thier inner light.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a passion for helping people and working for myself allows me the time to put into my voluntary work as well.

I believe that everyone person deserves to be heard and allowed to heal in thier own way. I work with each client at thier own pace to help them heal ans find thier inner light.

Yes I can provide my clients with online sessions or telephone sessions if required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I clean the treatment room after each client with anti bacterial cleaning products and have hand sanitizer available.
Reiki
Reiki sessions are focused on healing and coming back to a more aligned, balanced and peaceful you. The universal energy of reiki is a pure and loving energy that flows through us allowing us to align with our higher selves. We can hear our soul’s whispers and begin to heal on every level.
Coaching
Sometimes just the need to have a conversation and clear something up to gain clarity and get the tools required to get back on track is all someone needs.
These sessions can take 60-90 minutes depending on the client. But by the end of the session we would have dealt with the question at hand and formulated a plan to move forward with. The session may include some reiki, meditation or an angel card reading depending on what block you need to remove to move forward.
