Sales Geek

Sadly and with a heavy heart my experience with Sales geek has not produced any return on my £5000 investment. My local representative is a lovely guy and that’s why this has been so hard. We signed up for 6 months but it was clear after three Months there were no sales being generated. Admittedly in the beginning he motivated my member of staff and competed a lot of admin, adding prospects to our CRM. But I could have paid an admin person to do that.

I am devastated. Since ending our relationship with sales seek no one has been in touch for feedback on the service and perhaps discuss how things could have been different. I understand sales are not guaranteed, however I did expect some return on the investment. A hand over was completed to my staff member and we have followed up all the ‘prospects’ and not one was warm enough to sign up, so it appears his work hasn’t even developed a future pipeline.

I have left it a few weeks to review for a couple of reasons, to see if I had any contact from
Sales geek as part of their customer journey and to see if some of the prospect I was told that were warm for this month came off and they didn’t.

I am trying to stick to my professional values and remember it’s just business. But it’s £5000 down the drain and it’s devastated me. More...
