Excellent self storage facility, but expensive compared to others. If you need things keeping at room temp and humidity etc then shell out the extra and store here. If you just have stuff that isn't too sensitive then there are cheaper places that might not offer such good accessibility and climate control, but will store for half the price. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Policies and proper audits are the bedrock of ensuring our care service is safe.
Saintly Care Limited will ensure that policies and procedures are updated and shared with staff as soon as new advice is received or regulatory guidance is changed.
Furthermore, Saintly Care Limited will continue to monitor, through audits, that the new and existing guidance are being adhered to. Our care management system will ensure that all policies and audits are accessible to all staff, service users, families and remain operational.
To further ensure that the services Saintly Care Limited provide is safe, only trained, inducted and competent members of staff will be allowed to support the service users and all staff will be DBS checked prior to starting employment. The appropriate references and training in line with the company's policy will be undertaken.
Working with families, friends and other professionals will be our priority making our service users get the best care they need. A complaints procedure will be explained to all staff and available to service users/families.
Medications are safely handled, stored and correctly given, by only fully trained care staff using the correct PPE.
Domiciliary Care - Personal Care
Saintly Care Limited will ensure service users are not discriminated against
because of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil
partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual
orientation.
The types of services and care we offer are wide ranging. The main services
are personal care, medication administration, accompanying clients to medical appointments, shopping assistance and cleaning. These services are grouped into the following:
• Personal Care
• Companionship
• Emergency Cover
• Continuing Care
• End of life support and care
• Palliative Care (Nursing Support)
• Home from Hospital Support
Personal Care
Personal care will include:
• Bathing and showering, including bed-baths
• Applying lotions and creams as required
• Dressing and getting ready for bed
• Oral hygiene
• Support with shaving
• Helping service users to the toilet, including using a commode or bed pan
• Changing continence pads, along with cleaning intimate areas
• Support moving position in bed, to stretch and prevent bed sores
• Changing or maintaining a stoma or catheter bag, or another form of
clinical intervention
• Nutritional preparation provided and feeding, if required.
