What do you love most about your job?
We love helping our service users to have an excellent care that really add a tangible value to their lives. We promote dignity, privacy and independency and encourage client to partake the design of their care plan
What inspired you to start your own business?
Safety First Care Ltd is establish to fill a gap in the market between care homes and extremely expensive private care providers. We are private Business and Our care is second to none but our prices are reasonably affordable.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have the competence, skills and the experience to excel. Our registered Manager is a senior NHS nurse with many years of health and social care management. We have comprehensive regime of policies and procedures and we have the state of the are call management system in place plus trained and experienced staff.

We have care planner, a soft ware based electronic call monitor system in place so we can monitor work remotely by the second.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our staff are encouraged to were the PPE provided and are trained on Covid 19 infection control.
