Their dedication and professionalism shows through and I am convinced that they would give far better care than what one normally gets from the large agencies. We are not yet ready to hire but this company is high on our shortlist. As an added extra, Simona especially likes to clean and can cook so she would offer more than most caregivers. How long have you been in business?
We have been in the care industry with over 10 years experience but have been launched on our own since 2021
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We provide all staff with uniforms, PPE and first aid equipment.
What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to promote service users independence. We love getting to know people and learning of their history and just being able to help others provides us with job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have been in the industry for over 10 years and have seen what most other companies lack.. and that is that once companies become larger and more established, we have witnessed staff and clients become numbers rather than people. We wanted to create a company that listens and puts people first.

We provide effective communication and treat everyone with dignity and respect. We listen. We are trained and qualified and promise to deliver you nothing short of perfect care.
