We provide various services to Care homes,and now Counselling Services to private Clients.As a Qualified Nurse of over 30 years and a qualified Counsellor ,I feel the two combined allows me to understand, support and achieve a high level of skills to engage with all ages ,through difficult times ,to achieve a positive outcome .

Counselling services
My Counselling services are available for anyone who feels they need support, guidance and good listener .I aim to provide an individual service to all ages ,and any mental health challenges.
Prior to the session/ sessions commencing ,I will explain what the process of Counselling involves e.g length and frequency of session/ sessions,aims and objectives of the planned therapy etc.
Confidentiality is paramount.
This allows the time spent focused on addressing issues and planning for a positive outcome.
